​The Jacqueline Wallace Foundation, Inc. is a nonprofit organization incorporated in Delaware and is recognized as tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Donations to the Foundation are tax-deductible as allowed under Section 170 of the Internal Revenue Code. The Foundation carries out charitable programs in Pennsylvania and may request and receive donations in line with federal and state laws, including the Pennsylvania Solicitation of Funds for Charitable Purposes Act, 10 P.S. § 162.1 et seq., as amended.
